Daily Plan
Day 1:
- Arrival in Istanbul and transfer to the hospital.
- Pre-operative consultation with your surgeon and necessary tests.

Day 2-5:
- Breast reconstruction surgery.
- Post-operative care and follow-up.
- Overnight stay in the hospital.
Day 6-7:
- Post-operative check-up by the surgeon.
- Changing of dressings and checking of drains.
- Pain management and medication information.
- Discharge from the hospital and transfer to the hotel.
- Rest and recuperation at the hotel. Cold compress application to reduce swelling and bruising.
- Use of prescription medications. Wearing a support bra (if necessary).
Day 8:
- Return to your country.

- Use prescription medications regularly.
- Change your dressings according to your doctor’s instructions.
- Avoid strenuous activities and heavy lifting.
