Overview

Gynecomastia is a condition that causes the enlargement of breast tissue in males. It can occur due to hormonal changes, genetic factors, certain medications, or health problems. Gynecomastia surgery is a surgical procedure performed to remove excess breast tissue, reshape the chest area, and achieve a more masculine chest appearance.

Daily Plan

Day 1: 

  • Arrival in Istanbul and transfer to the hospital.

Day 2: 

  • Gynecomastia surgery. 
  • Post-operative care and follow-up. 
  • Overnight stay in the hospital (if necessary).

Day 3: 

  • Post-operative check-up by the surgeon. 
  • Changing of dressings and checking of drains. 
  • Pain management and medication information. Discharge from the hospital and transfer to the hotel.

Day 4-5: 

  • Rest and recuperation at the hotel. 
  • Cold compress application to reduce swelling and bruising. 
  • Use of prescription medications. Wearing a compression garment.

Day 6: 

  • Return to your country.

Post-Operative Care

  • Keep the surgical area clean and dry. 
  • Use prescription medications regularly. 
  • Wear the compression garment as long as your doctor recommends. 
  • Avoid strenuous activities and heavy lifting. 
  • Follow your doctor’s instructions and schedule a follow-up appointment with a local doctor after returning to your country.
